Bazelon Less & Feldman, a Philadelphia law firm, is representing a group of at least a dozen investors in a lawsuit filed on Sept. 23, 2008, against
their former stockbroker, Jeffrey Southard of Pittsgrove, New Jersey and others. Through our lawsuit, we
seek to recover well in excess of $1 million in out-of-pocket losses suffered by investors, plus additional
compensatory and punitive damages -- from Jeffrey Southard as well as his former employers, Ameriprise Financial Services,
Inc. (formerly American Express Financial Advisors, Inc.) and GunnAllen Financial, Inc.
